Delivery Details

1 Worldwide delivery by  commercial express, by airline, by sea,etc;

2.The orders processed  timely after payment verification.

3.Service transit time  is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays.Transit time  maybe longer during holidays.Normally, the item sent by China domestic  express ZTO first, and it will cost 2 days,then carried by express like  DHL,FedEx, UPS,TNT,EMS,etc,and it will cost about 3-10 days.

1.If you are not  satisfied with the items, please return it within 30 days for a replacement  or money back, please contact me when you return back.

2.Defective items MUST  BE reported and returned us within the period (and in the original packing,  if possible). You must tell us the defect is and give us the order number.

3.Return shipping cost  is paid by buyer.

How to Customize

1.Tell us the  detail requirements on the item like shape,size,color,logo,printing  position,quantity,etc.we will design the inflatable and send image to  you by FREE.

2.After the  design confirmed,give us your detail address, we send the quotation,ship  cost,invoice,and payment details to you.

3. Customer  place order by making deposit 50% of full payments,send the bank notes,  screenshots to us,please.

4.We produce the  arch for you once the payments is available.

5.The inflated  welocme arch photos offered once completed

6. Customer make  the balance if everything is OK.Change or redo the item if have any problem;

7.we arrange the  shipments after recieve the balance.

How to Set Up

Step 1: Blown it up by  connect the plug with the outlet;

Step 2: Take the  transparent sheet out from the remote controler, and contronl the color and  light by pressing the buttom on the remote control.
